Simple Function, Easy Operation The wash system is loaded either from above and/or from the front, placing the items to be cleaned on a grate. Smaller parts can be put into cleaning baskets A safety door covering the complete cleaning chamber allows good access and seals the chamber hermetically. The safety door is manually operated, and from the size 18 and above it is automatic. The cleaning time is adjustable. The average cleaning time depending on the degree of contamination is between 4-10 minutes. After closing the safety door the wash programs run automatically, leaving the operator free to do other work.

| Proven Technical Process A pump transports the cleaning solution from a heated tank beneath the machine. With about 45psi, the parts are sprayed by the flat jet nozzles from the rotating spray pipe. Through the nozzle system and the motion of the spray pipe of 340 degrees, the parts to be cleaned are covered from all sides by the cleaning jet spray. Also gaps, pockets and blind holes are reliably cleaned. The optimum washing temperatures lie between 60-70 degrees Celsius (140 to 158° F). An exhaust ventilator (with automatic 4 inch cover opening for drying assistance of work pieces) belongs in the basic design. A gear motor with chain drive and slip coupling system rotates the spray pipe. A turning switch limits and controls the swinging motion. When opened during a cycle the safety door trips a safety switch and stops the cleaning program . The Economy of the Wash Process is Evident Through:
