Single chamber wash system ROBOMAT/U (switchable) in steel or stainless steel design, is applied for very demanding cleaning requirements of parts surfaces, for example before phosphating, painting or before final assembly.In the system there are two automatic operations:

The rinse operation removes, besides the additional washing effect, the wash detergent residue from the parts .
The washing and rinsing fluids are returned to their respective tanks through drain flaps in the work chamber. After the cleaning cycle is over the safety door raises 4 inches. The drying operation is enhanced by the blower exhausting the vapor mist and drawing air from the room into the chamber. |

An optical signal indicates when the components can be taken out. Premature opening of the safety door will trigger the end switch and interrupt the cleaning operations. Different accessories such as oil separators and fine filtering in the bath circulation raises the service lifetime of the detergents significantly. Other than the two step wash and rinse cycles, construction and outfitting is identical to the normal design. On system sizes of 9/U and up the safety door operates automatically. The control of machine and cleaning process is done through a PLC.. |
